Understanding the Process
I mapped the entire airport journey, using it as a foundation for the model. This deep dive highlighted security as a critical touchpoint that shapes the user experience, offering a unique opportunity for design intervention.

By analyzing the four axes—business, human, mechanical, and data—I gained a comprehensive understanding of the event. This multidimensional view was key to revealing the complexities and interdependencies within the system.

The Actors
Identifying key individuals within the process allowed me to recognize their ownership over different axes, providing insights into how each actor influences the user experience and drives the overall flow.

Human Interaction
A focused exploration of the human axis illuminated the highly social nature of the airport experience. I was able to map how each step of the process impacts others, underscoring the importance of human-centered design in creating seamless interactions.
